About Accountico Consultancy Private LimitedAccountico Consultancy Private Limited provides financial management, accounting, and advisory services. We are looking for two detail-oriented accountants to join our growing team in India.

• Positions AvailableJunior Management Accountant: ~2 years of experience (maximum 2 years)
• Senior Management Accountant: 3 to 4 years of experience. Role require client interaction on daily basis.
• Key Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Costing & Budgeting: Monitor expenses, track variances, and assist in variance analysis and budgeting processes.
• General Ledger & Month-End: Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and handle month-end closing activities.
• Compliance & Taxes: Ensure timely compliance with local tax regulations (GST, TDS) and company standards.
• Process Support: Support management with cash flow forecasting and process optimizations.

(Note: The Senior role will take ownership of advanced analysis, budgeting, and direct reporting to management, while the Junior role will focus on core operational support and reconciliation tasks.)

• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field (Inter CA / CMA is a plus).
• Experience Level:
• Role 1: Up to 2 years of total accounting experience.
• Role 2: 3 to 4 years of hands-on management accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards.
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
