Job Description

Job Opening: Experienced Debt Recovery Telecaller

Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Gender: Male & Female


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls for debt/loan recovery.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and follow up on pending payments.
  • Achieve assigned recovery targets.
  • Maintain accurate call and collection records.


Requirements -

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery/collection telecalling.
  • DRA Certification is mandatory.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
