Job SummaryHotel Tushar Elegant is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Gaming Zone Expert (CRM) to manage gaming-zone operations while building strong relationships with guests and customers. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, customer relationship management, or a similar role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the gaming zone.
• Welcome guests and provide an engaging, friendly gaming experience.
• Explain games, rules, packages, memberships, and promotions to customers.
• Handle customer registrations, bookings, memberships, and CRM records.
• Maintain accurate customer data and regularly update CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Promote gaming packages, offers, memberships, and special events.
• Coordinate with the hotel and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Monitor gaming equipment and report technical or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, discipline, and proper functioning of the gaming area.
• Track customer visits, sales, memberships, and daily operational reports.
• Assist in customer-retention activities and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all gaming-zone policies and hotel standards are followed.
• Candidate Requirements1–2 years of relevant experience in gaming zones, entertainment centers, hospitality, CRM, customer service, or a similar field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly and outgoing personality.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Good sales and customer-engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
