About PCS MediaPCS Media is a performance marketing and automation agency helping businesses build scalable customer acquisition systems using paid advertising, funnels, automation, AI and technology.

We work on real client projects involving landing pages, websites, CRM systems, n8n automations, AI workflows and custom dashboards.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building things and solving technical problems.

What You’ll Work OnYou will work across automation, web development and internal/client dashboards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and manage automation workflows using n8n
• Connect APIs, webhooks, CRMs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp platforms and other tools
• Build landing pages for advertising campaigns
• Design and develop client websites
• Build responsive dashboards and internal tools
• Work with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React
• Integrate third-party APIs into websites and dashboards
• Create forms, lead tracking systems and automated workflows
• Troubleshoot broken workflows, API errors and integration issues
• Improve existing websites and landing pages for speed, responsiveness and conversions
• Use AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Cursor to speed up development
• Test everything properly before deployment
• Document important workflows and integrations

Skills We’re Looking ForYou should have working knowledge of some of the following:

• Basic backend concepts
• Google Sheets

• Responsive Web Design

You don't need to be an expert in everything.

However, you should be someone who can research, experiment, debug and figure things out independently.

• Build projects outside college/work just because you enjoy building
• Have used AI coding tools extensively
• Can understand technical documentation
• Don't get stuck after seeing an error message
• Care about UI/UX and not just whether something technically works
• Can take responsibility for a task from idea to deployment
• Learn new tools quickly

What We Don’t WantWe're not looking for someone who only knows how to follow tutorials.

You should be comfortable receiving a requirement such as:

“Build a system that captures leads, updates the CRM, sends WhatsApp messages and shows the data inside a dashboard.”

…and then figuring out how to make it work.

Compensation & Work Structure₹15,000/month

For the first 1 month, the role will be Work From Home.

After the initial period, the position will transition to Work From Office.

Strong performers can grow into a permanent Automation / Development role at PCS Media.
