Job Description
Job Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
· Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
· Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
· Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
· Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.
· Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or telesales industry.
· Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
· Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
· Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated.
