*Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering*

*Working: 6 Days (WFO)*

*About the Role:*

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to supervise and manage factory production and shop-floor operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and production management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Supervise and manage day-to-day factory production & shop-floor activities.

• Handle sheet metal fabrication processes – Welding, Cutting, Drilling, Bending, and CNC operations.

• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production targets.

• Ensure timely production output with required quality standards.

• Read and understand mechanical drawings, fabrication drawings & BOM.

• Monitor production efficiency, reduce wastage and control rejection.

• Lead, train and manage production team / operators / welders.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Design, and Stores departments.

• Ensure safety, 5S, and discipline on the shop floor.
