Job Description

Lead Generation & Calling: Handle assigned leads and conduct daily calls to identify genuine prospects.

Client Handling: Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences and provide accurate project information.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with prospective clients.

Site Visits: Arrange, coordinate, and maximize qualified client site visits.

Sales & Booking: Convert leads and site visits into successful sales and bookings.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, prospects, follow-ups, and site visits in the CRM.

Target Achievement: Achieve assigned calling, prospect, site visit, and sales/booking targets.

Reporting: Submit daily and weekly performance reports as required.

Professional Conduct: Maintain professional behaviour with clients, management, colleagues, and business partners.

Company Compliance: Strictly follow company policies, attendance rules, sales processes, discipline, and reporting procedures.
