Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and explain the company's interior design and renovation services.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Manage telecalling activities, lead tracking, and customer database.
- Monitor call performance and help achieve lead generation and appointment targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and coordinate with the sales team.
Experience: 3–5 years preferred.
