Job Description
• • • • • Represent Starshield’s specialized paint and coating products professionally to corporate clients, dealers, local retailers, and contractors. Communicate technical product specifications accurately, adhering to Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and approved corporate pricing matrices and discounting limits. Generate high-quality leads, build client pipelines, and support regional distribution networks within assigned sales territories. Maintain regular CRM updates, log daily beat plans, and actively participate in weekly sales performance and target reviews. Coordinate seamlessly with the Accounts and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and proper documentation. Comply strictly with corporate policies, ensuring adherence to professional standards and avoiding any conflict of interest with competing paint brands
