Job OverviewPrequity is looking for a confident and communicative Business Associate to connect with prospective clients over calls and introduce them to the company's services.

This is not a target-based sales job. The role involves communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining Prequity's services, and convincing interested clients to avail the relevant services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake calls to prospective clients from the company's database.
• Introduce and explain Prequity's services clearly and professionally.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested clients and assist them through the service-selection process.
• Handle basic client queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, client conversations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance or service onboarding.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Ability to explain and convince clients effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
• Hindi and English communication skills.
