Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with immigration clients.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding PR, Work Permit, Student Visa, Visitor Visa, and other immigration services.
  • Follow up with leads and guide clients throughout the immigration process.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth case processing.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on their application status.
  • Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
  • Achieve client engagement, retention, and revenue targets.
