Job Description
- Manage daily factory operations and production.
- Handle workers and production team.
- Plan production as per orders and deadlines.
- Maintain product quality and reduce defects.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Control wastage, breakage, and production costs.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch.
- Ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain daily production and attendance records.
- Ensure factory discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
- Handle machinery and maintenance requirements.
- Report daily production status to management.
