Job Description


  • Call potential customers from provided database/leads
  • Introduce HomzY Decor services clearly and confidently
  • Explain offerings: 2D/3D design, turnkey interior solutions
  • Generate interest in interior design services
  • Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and timeline
  • Fix appointments/site visits for sales/design team
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM or Excel sheets
  • Follow up with interested prospects regularly
  • Handle basic customer queries professionally
  • Build rapport and trust over calls
  • Identify potential high-value customers
  • Pitch both residential and commercial interior services
  • Share company USP and differentiators effectively
  • Ensure maximum conversion from data provided
  • Track and report daily/weekly performance
  • Coordinate with internal sales/design team
  • Maintain database hygiene and updates
  • Record customer feedback and insights
  • Reconnect with old or inactive leads
  • Achieve daily call targets
  • Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets
  • Ensure quality conversations, not just quantity
  • Understand customer pain points and requirements
