Job SummarySBI is looking for energetic and responsible Field Collection Executives to handle customer visits and collection activities in the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding payments, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned collection targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their homes, workplaces, or business locations for collection activities.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits and collection status.
• Explain payment-related information and assist customers with suitable payment options.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Report daily field activities and collection updates to the reporting manager.
• Identify and escalate difficult or overdue cases to the concerned team.
• Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and according to company guidelines.
• Travel within the assigned Guntur area as required.
