Job Description

Accounts Assistant – Job Description

  • Maintain daily accounting entries, invoices, bills & vouchers.
  • Handle purchase, sales, cash & bank entries.
  • Vendor ledger and payment reconciliation.
  • Assist in GST, TDS and other compliance work.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain proper accounts documentation.
  • Coordinate with outlet and vendor teams.
  • Good knowledge of Tally & MS Excel required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years, preferably in Restaurant/Hospitality.
