ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -: Senior Accountant / Accountant

1.      Person should have knowledge of Tally prime for sale invoice, purchase entry, ledgers, general vouchers, stock management, profit and loss statement

2.     Person should have knowledge of GST return 3B, 2A, 2B

3.     Monitor cash flow and fund management

4.     Ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions

5.     Finalize financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)

6.     Handle taxation, GST compliance, and return filings

7.     Ensure statutory and legal compliance

8.     Manage internal and external audits

9.     Review financial reports and share with management

10 Person should have knowledge and experience on tally prime

11. Manage loans, liabilities, and repayment planning

12. Control budgets and prevent overspending

13. Support management in decision-making with financial insights

14. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes

15. Coordinate with company's management for timely vendor payments

16. Coordinate with banks for all financial activities like FDR, Bank guarantee and DD.

17. Oversee payroll processing and compliance

18. Monitor monthly sales reports and financial performance

19. Review GST amendments and compliance accuracy
