Job Description

  • Manage daily accounting, billing, invoicing and data entry.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, expense and payment records.
  • Handle GST invoices, TDS records and basic accounting compliance.
  • Track customer payments, vendor payments and outstanding dues.
  • Reconcile bank statements and online marketplace settlements.
  • Maintain daily inventory, stock reports and stock reconciliation.
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management for proper stock rotation and dispatch of older stock first.
  • Monitor product batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates and stock ageing.
  • Manage dispatch operations, order processing, packing coordination and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain inward/outward stock records and warehouse inventory.
  • Prepare daily sales, dispatch, stock and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, distributors, retailers, warehouses and delivery partners.
  • Track marketplace orders, returns, damaged stock, shortages and discrepancies.
  • Handle office administration, documentation and filing.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist with daily business operations.
