Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare organizations.
- Promote healthcare recruitment, faculty placement, and staffing services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Manage client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or healthcare business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
