Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues or requests.
- Maintain and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Requirements
- Graduate (as per company requirement).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
