Customer Support Executive

Job Overview

We are hiring a result-oriented Customer Support Executive for our Gurgaon office. In this role, you will be the direct voice of HunyHuny, handling incoming parent queries, managing customer data on Zoho, and proactively calling warm leads to answer product questions and close sales to earn attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Handling: Attend incoming customer calls to warmly assist parents with product inquiries, sizing, and stock details.
• Outbound Sales Follow-ups: Call customers who have made inquiries about HunyHuny products, guiding them toward making a purchase and closing sales.
• Zoho CRM Management: Log, update, and manage all customer interactions, leads, and query statuses accurately on the Zoho platform.
• Incentive-Driven Goals: Achieve daily call and sales targets to maximize your monthly performance incentives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Work Setup: Strict Work from Office model at our Gurgaon location.
• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or telecalling.
• Tech Skills: Hands-on experience or quick adaptability to handling Zoho CRM and cloud calling tools.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in Hindi and English, with a strong ability to pitch products and close sales.
