Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

• Plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital platforms.

• Drive website traffic, leads, conversions, customer acquisition and online sales through performance marketing.

• Manage social media strategy, content calendars and digital brand communication across relevant platforms.

• Work closely with creative, content and product teams to develop high-performing campaigns, creatives and offers.

• Monitor campaign performance, ROI/ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates and other key marketing metrics.

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research within the personal care and skin care

segment.

• Develop and implement SEO, SEM, content marketing, email/WhatsApp marketing and other relevant digital

initiatives.

• Use analytics and reporting tools to identify opportunities, improve campaign efficiency and support business

decisions.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, consumer behavior and emerging opportunities in

the beauty and skincare market.
