Job Description:

Impeccable Hauling is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers for daily hauling operations in the US market
• Monitor driver routes, delivery times, and job completion
• Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone/email
• Handle scheduling, load assignments, and updates in real time
• Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, or route changes
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a dispatcher (logistics/transport preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dispatch systems
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
