Field Sales Executive

A. Field Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, cloud kitchens, caterers, canteens, and other HoReCa establishments in assigned territories.
• Identify decision-makers such as owners, chefs, purchase managers, and outlet managers.
• Introduce JBR International and explain its B2B bakery and frozen-food solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into first orders and repeat business.

B. Product Demonstration & Education

• Explain JBR's product range, including breads, buns, sandwich bread, muffins, brownies, cookies, puffs, samosas, sandwiches, and other available bakery products.
• Introduce relevant frozen-food products based on customer requirements.
• Explain product specifications, pack sizes, pricing, shelf life, storage requirements, and usage wherever applicable.
• Understand customer consumption patterns and recommend suitable products.
• Coordinate product samples and feedback with the internal team, as required.

C. JBR Ordering App Onboarding

• Explain the benefits of ordering directly through the JBR Ordering App.
• Help customers download and install the app on their mobile phones.
• Guide customers through registration, login, product browsing, and placing their first order.
• Demonstrate how to select products, quantities, and delivery details.
• Ensure the customer successfully completes app registration and understands the ordering process.
• Follow up with onboarded customers to encourage their first order and regular app usage.
• Record onboarding status and customer feedback.
