We are expanding our team and looking for energetic Gold Experts who can uphold our core values of trust and exceptional customer service.
Job Purpose:
As a Gold Expert, you will be the primary face of our branch. Your role is to test the purity of the customer's gold, calculate its accurate market value, professionally address customer queries, and handle spot cash or digital payment management securely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gold Testing & Evaluation: Receive old jewelry, coins, or bars and accurately weigh and test their precious metal content right in front of the customer using our Metal Analyzer.
• Customer Valuation: Calculate and offer the best possible market value for the jewelry based on its weight and purity.
• Customer Relationship & Convincing: Politely guide customers through every step of the evaluation process, answer their questions, and confidently build trust to close the deal.
• Cash & Transaction Management: Manage instant spot cash payouts or execute safe digital bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) to customers with absolute precision and security.
• Documentation & Reporting: Securely maintain physical or digital records of everyday transactions and maintain cash registers.
