Guest Services Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and courteous Guest Service Associate to ensure seamless hospitality and pantry management for our Sales Office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of crockery, beverages, and guest etiquette while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Hospitality & Beverage Service

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to Sales Office staff and visiting guests as per schedule and on-demand requests.
• Greet and serve regular visiting clients to the Sales Office with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist during internal meetings or high-level conferences by managing food and beverage arrangements efficiently.

Pantry & Crockery Management

• Demonstrate proper knowledge and handling of crockery items including plates, bowls, glasses, and other guest service essentials.
• Maintain pantry equipment, utensils, and ensure thorough cleanliness of crockery and cutlery at all times.
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of pantry items (tea, coffee, sugar, disposables, etc.) and promptly inform the Admin/EA for timely replenishment.

Professional Standards

• Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols regarding office discussions and client interactions.
• Maintain impeccable grooming, personal hygiene, and professional etiquette expected in a corporate Sales Office environment.
• Ensure the pantry and service areas remain tidy, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
