Inside Sales Executive

•     ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -:

1. Identifying and targeting corporate clients and B2B opportunities.

2. Generating leads through networking, references, and cold calling.

3. Pitching products/services to companies and decision-makers.

4. Building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

5.  Understanding client requirements and offering customized solutions.

6.  Preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

7.  Negotiating pricing, contracts, and payment terms.

8. Closing deals and achieving sales targets.

9.  Coordinating with internal teams for order execution.

10.  Following up for payments and renewals.

11.  Managing key accounts and high-value clients.

12.  Conducting meetings, presentations, and site visits.

13.  Tracking sales pipeline and updating CRM.

14. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

15. Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

16.  Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

17.  Handling escalations and resolving client issues.

18.  Preparing sales reports and performance analysis.

19.  Participating in corporate events and networking activities.

20. Driving revenue growth and expanding business reach.
