Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistics Operations Executive to manage daily load procurement and vehicle placement operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Delhivery, Amazon and other market vendors to arrange transportation loads, pick up shipments, and ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesLoad Procurement

• Identify and procure daily transportation loads from Delhivery, Amazon and other market vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transport vendors, brokers and logistics companies.
• Regularly coordinate with vendors to secure consistent load availability.

1. Vehicle Placement & Coordination
2. 
   

• Arrange suitable vehicles for available loads.
• Coordinate with drivers for timely vehicle reporting and pickup.
• Ensure proper vehicle utilisation and minimise empty running.

1. Pickup & Dispatch Operations
2. 
   

• Coordinate vehicle pickups from Delhivery, Amazon warehouses and other vendor locations.
• Ensure vehicles reach pickup and delivery locations on time.
• Track vehicle movement and resolve operational delays.

1. Vendor Management
2. 
   

• Maintain regular communication with existing vendors.
• Find and onboard new vendors to increase business opportunities.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure profitable business operations.

1. Documentation & Reporting
2. 
   

• Maintain daily records of loads booked, vehicles placed and trips completed.
• Track LR, POD, invoices and other transportation documents.
• Prepare daily operational and load procurement reports.

1. Problem Resolution
2. 
   

• Handle vehicle rejection, loading delays and vendor-related issues.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams and vendors to resolve problems quickly.
• Required Skills & Qualificationperience in transport, logistics or fleet operations preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Delhivery, Amazon and the local transportation market is an advantage.
• Ability to develop vendor relationships and generate new business.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and computer operations.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of loads procured per day.
• Number of vehicles successfully placed.
• Daily revenue and profit generated.
• Vendor development and new business acquisition.
• On-time vehicle placement and pickup.
• Reduction in empty vehicle running.

Working ExpectationsThe candidate must be proactive in the market, continuously search for new load opportunities, maintain good vendor relationships and ensure maximum utilisation of the company's fleet.

Primary Objective: Generate regular transportation business by procuring loads from Delhivery, Amazon and other market vendors while ensuring maximum vehicle utilisation and profitability.
