Job Description
- Plan and manage production as per customer PO and delivery priorities.
- Decide machine-wise production priorities and manage manpower accordingly.
- Ensure raw material is available at the required machines and production runs smoothly.
- Track material at every stage and ensure timely completion of all processes.
- Coordinate with plating/coating vendors and manage plating priorities and timelines.
- Monitor plating quality and ensure material meets required standards.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules.
