Job Description
Property Manager Millenium Hospitality | Sector 42, Gurgaon
Millenium Hospitality, a group of 8 hotels in Gurgaon expanding beyond Delhi NCR, is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sector 42 property.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve escalations promptly
- Manage staffing, rosters, and team performance
- Monitor budgets, costs, and property P&L
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and quality standards
- Coordinate with group management on brand standards and expansion initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years in hotel operations, with at least 1 years as Property/Operations Manager in hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of hotel P&L and cost control
- Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, available on-site at Sector 42, Gurgaon
