Sales Coordinator
Company: Digitos Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: 2–3 Years
Gender: Female | Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Location: Sector 42, Gurugram
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and the internal sales team.
- Handle client communication through calls, emails & WhatsApp.
- Manage client follow-ups, inquiries, leads and orders.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records in MS Excel.
- Draft professional emails, quotations and follow-up messages.
- Coordinate with different teams for timely completion of client requirements.
- Maintain proper sales records and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- MS Excel knowledge
- Email drafting
- Client follow-up
- Sales coordination
- Team coordination
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales or Client Coordination are preferred.
