Job Description
Inspect raw materials such as wood, plywood, MDF, foam, fabric, and hardware.
Conduct quality checks during the production process.
Verify product dimensions and specifications as per approved drawings/orders.
Identify defects in wood, joints, polish, paint, laminate, and finishing.
Check furniture strength, stability, fitting, and functionality.
Conduct final quality inspection before packing and dispatch.
Identify defective products and coordinate with the production team for corrective action.
Maintain daily quality inspection reports.
Ensure consistent quality standards across all furniture products.
