Job Description
* Generate and develop new business opportunities through leads, references, networking and market outreach.
* Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences and present relevant real-estate opportunities.
* Coordinate property visits, client meetings and follow-ups with prospects.
* Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, meetings and professional communication.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
* Coordinate with internal sales, operations and builder/channel-partner teams to support smooth transactions.
* Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales activity records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
* Work toward individual and team sales targets while following company processes and professional standards
