Job Description
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand clients’ requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Present and explain residential/commercial real estate projects, including pricing, specifications, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
- Arrange and conduct property/project site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and conversions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, developers, and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
