Hiring: Academic Counsellor / Telecalling Executive
Company: Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work From Office
Address: Plot 21A, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Near Genpact Building, Sector 18, Gurgaon – 122015
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling or Customer Service
- Age: 18–32 Years
- Male & Female candidates can apply
- Hindi & English communication required
- Day Shift
- Monday–Saturday
- Sunday Fixed Off
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain Frankfinn courses and career opportunities
- Counsel students and parents about Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service programs
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions
- Maintain lead details and update CRM records
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent Hindi & English communication
- Telecalling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation experience
- Strong convincing, counselling and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and sales-focused approach
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand
