Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through internet, IndiaMART, directories, and social media.
- Handle and follow up on IndiaMART enquiries and customer leads.
- Communicate with CEOs, Purchase Managers, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Fix meetings with potential buyers and support sales conversion.
- Maintain lead database, follow-up records, and daily reports.
- Support counter sales and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate quotations and customer responses with internal teams.
- Monitor daily staff performance and submit management reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication in Hindi & English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
- Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred ExperiencePrinting, Signage, Branding, Advertising, or Graphic Industry.
- IndiaMART lead handling and B2B sales experience.
