Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads
  • Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirement
  • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and conversions
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/lead sheets daily
  • Handle customer queries and route them appropriately
  • Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets
