Job Description
- Generate new SBI Credit Card applications through branch customers and other leads.
- Explain SBI Card products, features, fees, benefits, and eligibility to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and application targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and bank/branch staff.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into applications.
- Collect and verify required KYC and application documents.
- Ensure applications are accurately completed and submitted.
- Coordinate with SBI branch employees and SBI Card teams for processing.
