Job SummaryShowroom Manager ka mukhya kaam Athgaon showroom ke daily sales, stock, collection, cash, expenses aur staff operations ko independently manage karna hai, taaki owner routine work se free hokar business growth par focus kar sake. Is role me customer handling, accountant/HR ke saath coordination aur daily reporting zaroori hai.

Key Responsibilities•        Showroom ke retail customers ko attend karna aur plywood, doors, hardware, laminate, adhesive, moulding ka sale handle karna.

•        Customer enquiries aur quotations ka follow-up karke orders final karna.

•        Order ko enquiry se billing, dispatch aur delivery tak complete karwana.

•        Athgaon showroom aur Kumarpara godown ke stock ka accurate record rakhna aur physical stock match karna.

•        Fast-moving items ki availability maintain karna aur slow/non-moving stock management ko report karna.

•        Local customers se outstanding payment ki collection aur follow-up karna.

•        Accountant ki absence me bank deposit aur Guwahati collection coverage handle karna.

•        Daily rokad/panna banana aur cash ko recorded balance se match karna.

•        Local purchase, vendor coordination aur daily expenses ka record bills/vouchers ke saath rakhna.

•        Credit sale se pehle credit limit, payment terms aur existing outstanding check karna.

•        Approved discount aur pricing policy follow karke margin protect karna.

•        Customer complaints, returns aur replacement approved policy ke according resolve karna.

•        Staff ko daily work assign karna, attendance aur discipline HR ke saath manage karna.

•        Approved salary sheet ke according showroom staff ki salary distribute karna.

•        Showroom ko time par open/close karwana aur cash, material aur keys ki security ensure karna.

•        Owner ko daily sales, collection, cash balance, expenses aur pending work ka concise update dena.

•        Approval wale matters owner ko issue, options aur recommended solution ke saath present karna.

Qualification•        Minimum Graduate (Commerce preferred).

•        Showroom ya retail management me minimum 4 se 7 saal ka experience preferred; building materials, plywood ya hardware ka experience ko preference.

Skills Required•        Good communication, customer handling aur negotiation skills.

•        Basic accounting, cash handling aur stock record ki samajh.

•        MS Excel aur billing/Tally software ka working knowledge.

•        Honest, disciplined, responsible aur result-oriented.

•        Team ko lead karne aur independent decision lene ki kshamata.

•        Assamese, Hindi aur English me communication preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)•        Monthly sales target aur enquiry-to-order conversion achieve karna.

•        Outstanding payment ki collection aur overdue kam karna.

•        Daily cash reconciliation aur stock accuracy maintain karna.

•        Customer complaints aur delivery issues ko samay par resolve karna.

•        Accountant aur owner ko daily report aur documents time par dena.

Salary & Benefits•        Salary: 20000/- + Performance Incentive (exmp - 10000/- monthly).
