Job Description
- Call prospective students who enquire through advertisements, social media, and other channels.
- Understand their qualifications, preferred courses, and admission requirements.
- Explain course options, eligibility, fees, and the admission process using approved information.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling calls and coordinate with the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call outcomes, and next follow-up dates in Google Sheets or a CRM.
- Work towards agreed calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Communicate politely and handle student information confidentially.
