We are looking for a passionate and sales-driven Travel Sales Executive who enjoys interacting with people, understands customer needs, and has the determination to convert enquiries into bookings.

The role involves selling customized travel packages for both:

• Inbound Tourism – Travellers visiting Northeast India.
• Outbound Tourism – Travellers from Northeast India travelling to domestic and international destinations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle travel enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, website, and other channels.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable travel solutions.
• Sell customized holiday packages for domestic and international destinations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent service.
• Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Share daily work reports, lead updates, and sales progress with the management.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and new travel products.
• Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Desired Skills & QualificationsEssential SkillsExcellent sales aptitude with the ability to build trust and close deals.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Excellent spoken Hindi communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong writing skills for preparing professional quotations and customer communication.
• Comfortable using CRM software and maintaining customer records.
• Internet savvy with good knowledge of online research and digital communication.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer relationship management.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms for research, communication, content creation, or productivity.
• Knowledge of Northeast India tourism, domestic holiday packages, international destinations, or visa processes will be an added advantage.

• Work ModeThis position will initially be Work From Home (WFH).
• Candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection, a laptop/desktop, and a professional workspace for handling customer calls and online meetings.
• Employees are expected to maintain the same level of professionalism, productivity, and responsiveness while working remotely.
• Based on business requirements, the management may transition the role to Work From Office (WFO) or a hybrid work model. Employees should be willing to report to the office as directed.

• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

• ProbationProbation Period: 3 months.
