Job Description

We Are Hiring! TELECALLER


Are you confident, persuasive, and great at communicating with people?


Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain our products/services professionally.

Generate and qualify potential leads.

Follow up with interested customers.

Schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.


Requirements:


Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & English.

Previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred.

Confident and positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of CRM and computer operations.

Ability to convince and build relationships with customers.
