Job Description
Job Summary – Assistant Manager, Debt CollectionCompany: Ram Fincorp
Position: Assistant Manager – Debt Collection / Tellcaller
Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant experience in debt collection, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Key Skills and ResponsibilitiesStrong knowledge of telecalling and debt collection processes.
- Hands-on experience with dialer software and CRM tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of data allocation and collection file management.
- Experience handling paid files and ROR (/Recovery-related reporting, depending on company terminology).
- Ability to manage, guide, and monitor collection teams.
- Good communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve collection targets and monitor team performance.
- Work Details and Benefits
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Additional Benefit: Combo Off as per company policy
- Food: Provided by the company
- OT: Paid as per company policy

Ideal Candidate ProfileA candidate with 2–3 years of experience in debt collection operations, strong knowledge of dialers, CRM, advanced Excel, data allocation, and collection reporting, along with proven team-handling experience.
