Job Description

  1. Prepare customer invoices based on approved orders and documents. 
  2. Verify quantities, rates, taxes, discounts, and billing details. 
  3. Record billing transactions accurately in the accounting system. 
  4. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Stores, and Projects for billing information. 
  5. Maintain customer billing records and invoice documentation. 
  6. Process debit notes, credit notes, and billing adjustments as approved. 
  7. Verify GST and other applicable tax details on invoices. 
  8. Track submitted invoices and follow up on billing discrepancies. 
  9. Maintain invoice registers and billing trackers. 
  10. Assist Accounts in customer ledger reconciliation. 
  11. Support collection follow-up by providing invoice and outstanding details. 
  12. Resolve routine customer billing queries with concerned departments. 
  13. Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of billing documents. 
  14. Prepare periodic billing reports for the Accounts team. 
  15. Ensure accurate and timely billing as per company procedures. 
  16. Co-ordinate With Client For Bill Booking Purpose.
