Job Description – Store In-Charge cum AccountantDepartment: Stores & Accounts

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, stock inward/outward, and inventory records.
• Verify the quality, quantity, weight, and expiry dates of received products.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) methods for proper stock rotation.
• Check supplier bills, purchase invoices, delivery challans, and received materials.
• Enter purchase bills, stock receipts, and other transactions in Tally.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase teams, and departments for stock requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage, shortages, and damaged or expired items.
• Prepare daily stock reports, consumption reports, and inventory statements.

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
• Experience in storekeeping, inventory management, and basic accounting.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and billing procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
