Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, generating receipts, and supporting daily accounting activities using Tally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process customer payments through cash, cheque, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Generate invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgments.
• Maintain daily cash collections and prepare cash reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of receipts in Tally.
• Reconcile daily cash, bank, and card transactions.
• Deposit cash collections into the bank as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Service departments regarding customer payments.
• Maintain records of advances, refunds, and outstanding payments.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain supporting documents.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier in the Automobile Industry.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
• Any Graduate with relevant experience may also apply.
