Job Description
An inside showroom sales executive greets walk-in clients, manages digital and phone inquiries, demonstrates products on-site, and closes sales directly inside a retail or display location.
Role Overview
- Workplace: Physical retail showroom or product display center.
- Core Focus: Converting walk-in visitors, inbound calls, and digital leads into completed sales.
- Education Requirement: Typically 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or a graduation degree depending on the industry
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors, understand their needs, and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Lead Management: Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and digital inquiries generated from online campaigns.
- Sales Conversion: Negotiate pricing, close deals, manage billing, and process orders or card/cash transactions.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep display areas clean, manage sample catalogs, and monitor stock or inventory levels.
- CRM & Reporting: Log client details into CRM software and track daily or monthly sales targets
