Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage employee-related activities, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance.

Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.

Coordinate payroll, salary, incentives, and other employee benefits.

Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.

Manage staffing requirements for new and existing outlets.

Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements.

Conduct employee meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee management.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
