Job Description

  • Call and follow up with every incoming lead promptly.
  • Understand the prospect’s requirements, qualify the lead, and identify genuine business opportunities.
  • Maintain and continuously update a structured sales pipeline with lead status, follow-ups, and next actions.
  • Build a relationship with prospects and consistently follow up until conversion.
  • Schedule maximum possible meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Invite prospects to our office/store for detailed discussions and presentations.
  • Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth handover and meeting experience.
  • Follow up after meetings and actively work towards converting prospects into customers/franchise partners.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports on calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Take ownership of the entire lead journey — Lead → Qualification → Meeting → Follow-up → Conversion.
