Senior Tele Caller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our overseas recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting job seekers, explaining international job opportunities, handling queries, and converting leads into applicants. (URDU & HINDI SPEAKERS PREFERRED)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.
• Explain job details, salary, benefits, eligibility, visa process, and other requirements.
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and call records.
• Generate and manage leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Handle candidate questions professionally and provide accurate information.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and recruitment targets.
• Build good relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure proper follow-up until the candidate completes the required recruitment formalities

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, or overseas recruitment is an advantage.
