About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional to strengthen our brand presence, plan effective media campaigns, and manage social media for our growing real estate startup.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop brand strategies, positioning, messaging, and communication guidelines.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and visibility.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create content calendars and coordinate reels, videos, creatives, and other marketing content.
• Plan media campaigns across digital and offline channels based on business objectives.
• Conduct competitor research and identify market trends and creative opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and internal teams.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
• Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, media planning, or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, content strategy, and campaign planning.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content creation tools.
• Real estate or consumer brand experience is an added advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing previous campaigns or social media work is preferred.
• Work RequirementsMust be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
• Available for full-time, work-from-office employment.
• Comfortable working six days a week.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
